Use data thoughtfully. Share it deliberately.

Updated 11 October 2026

Datamon is a visualization application. These notes explain its intended use and current product limits.

Your data and publications

Use datasets you have permission to process and publish. Check your labels, units, sources, calculations, and chart choices before sharing. Illustrative templates demonstrate functionality and should not be cited as research findings.

Ownership and processing permission

You retain your rights in your datasets and original work. Using upload, analysis or publishing features gives Datamon permission to process and display that content for the feature you request. You are responsible for permission from data subjects and rights holders. Third-party materials retain their own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, malware or credentials, attempt to access someone else’s workspace, bypass capacity limits, or interfere with the service. Security testing must follow our responsible disclosure guidance.

Public links and access

A published link can be read, copied or embedded by anyone who obtains it. Keep the separate editing token and cloud session private. Losing a browser session can lose cloud access; export backups before clearing storage. Removing content from Datamon cannot erase copies made elsewhere.

Analysis and AI output

Calculated results depend on the input data, missing-value handling, and assumptions shown by each analysis. AI explanations can contain mistakes. Correlation does not establish causation. Verify outputs against the data and the requirements of your work.

Availability and backups

Browser storage, server configuration, and external provider availability affect which features can run. Export project backups for important work. Features marked “Coming soon” are not available integrations.

Product and third-party software

Datamon is a private product and is not offered as an open-source project. Third-party software and geographic datasets retain their respective licenses and attribution requirements.

Service limits and commercial terms

The currently available service does not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular decision. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law. These product terms do not establish a paid subscription agreement; any future paid offer requires separately disclosed pricing, cancellation and operator details.

Changes and support

These terms describe the service as of the date above. Material changes will be dated here. Contact info@datamon.app for support or questions. The operator’s legal entity, address and jurisdiction must be supplied before commercial launch.

Privacy

Read the privacy overview before using AI, cloud computation, or public publishing with sensitive data.
